These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the arc golf mobile application ("arc", "the app") operated by arc golf ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

arc is a golf practice analysis tool. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial golf practice and coaching purposes. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
arc does not require an account to use core features. Session data is stored locally on your device by default. If you opt into cloud sync or explicitly enable an optional external AI provider route with your own account, relevant data may be processed according to our Privacy Policy and any applicable third-party provider terms.
arc provides AI-generated coaching suggestions for informational purposes only. arc is not a substitute for professional golf instruction. Coaching labels, biomechanics metrics, and swing insights are computed estimates based on camera-based pose detection and may not be 100% accurate. Some coaching may be generated on-device and some optional coaching features may use a third-party provider only if you explicitly enable that route with your own account. Always consult a qualified golf professional for personalized instruction.
Speed estimates (club head speed, ball speed) are derived from pose analysis and device sensors. They are approximations and may differ from professional launch monitor measurements.
The app, its design, code, algorithms, and brand assets are the property of arc golf. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the app.
Content you create using the app (swing videos, session data) remains yours. By using the app, you do not grant us any rights to your content except as necessary to provide the service.
You agree not to:
arc is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that coaching suggestions will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, arc golf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to injury during golf practice.
Some features may be introduced gradually, changed, or removed over time. Experimental or limited-availability features may contain bugs, incomplete experiences, or inaccurate results. If you choose to use optional provider-backed or other experimental features, you acknowledge that they may evolve over time.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Your locally stored data remains on your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
